Statehouse strongman Francis Atwoli has today held a consultative meeting of 2nd tier Luyha leaders led by Governor Oparanya and Devolution CS Eugene Wamalwa and more than 30 other leaders including Governors, Senators and MPs. Top Luyha leaders Rt Hon Musalia Mudavadi, UNTACT Sec Gen H E Dr. Mukhisa Kituyi, Ford Kenya party leader Senator Moses Masika Wetangula and AG Emeritus Amos Wako did not attend.
